Capacity maintains a high-quality, in-house team of systems engineers and network and database administrators. We host FTP (file transfer protocol) servers for all of our clients who forward orders electronically from their websites or accounting systems. We have executed complex ERP integrations with larger clients and manage all of our clients EDI integrations with their retailers. We offer a very tight integration with our clients, both in terms of technology and people – you can always reach a primary or backup client service relationship manager to address those urgent, time-sensitive issues.
