Service Associate:
Job responsibilities include: handling all aspects
of warehouse client(s) relationship(s); supervising warehouse team of
6-12 associates servicing customer accounts and fulfillment processes;
managing EDI and other relationships with retailers; and handling relationships
with other. Candidate would manage inventory control and order fulfillment
computer systems, error processing, daily reporting and select trucking
and vendor relationships. The role would also be responsible for managing
customer returns, returns to vendors, etc. Job requires hands-on computer
knowledge, great communication skills and a very detailed-oriented individual.
Job
requirements: 2-3 years of computer experience is a must, as candidate
will work directly with both front-end and back-end computer systems;
1-2 years of warehouse experience; and minimum high school degree or GED
required, college education preferred.
Full-time
consideration only, hours are 9am to 5pm, M-F, with additional hours often

Customer
Service Associate: Job responsibilities
include direct communication with clients; managing warehouse team of
6-12 associates servicing large client fulfillment processes, including
picking, packing and quality assurance of orders for shipment. Candidate
would manage inventory control and order fulfillment computer systems,
error processing, and daily reporting. Job requires hands-on computer
knowledge, great communication skills and a very detailed-oriented individual.
Computer experience is a must, as candidate will work directly with both
front-end and back-end computer systems. Warehouse and/or customer service
management experience is a plus.
Full-time
consideration only, hours are 9am to 5pm, M-F. Salary is competitive,
and dependant on experience. After three month trial, we review all new
hires and if appropriate will make a full-time offer, including benefits.

Accounting Manager: Job responsibilities
include day-to-day financial management of the company including:

Bookkeeping, payables and receivables management, shipping and billing
reconciliation, payroll, invoice preparation and support, shipping claims
processing, etc.
- Preparation
of financial statements, fixed asset ledger, aging reports as well as
management and departmental reports

Assisting with internal investment decisions and benefits administration.
- Assisting
Managers control their departmental expenditures according to budget
parameters
- Tracking
expenses and evaluating cost-saving measures
- Working
with Client Service associates to ensure completeness and accuracy of
monthly billing
- Maintaining

Job requirements:
1-3 years of finance/accounting related experience and computer literacy
mandatory, CPA a plus.

Operations Manager: Minimum
10 years in similar warehouse environment (pick and pack and ship and
EDI). Computer based warehouse environment only. Salary, competitive and
commensurate with experience. Key skill set must include ability to study
processes, quantify observations, plan improvements and implement enhancements
to existing operations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing
warehouse workforce – including areas of picking, packing, receiving,
quality control and put away;
- Managing
daily order fulfillment for numerous Capacity Clients;
- Workflow
management including pick ticket prioritization, quality control management,
performing special client ad-hoc requests, movement, control and allocation
of resources;
- Inventory
control including performing cycle counting, inventory reconciliation,
physical inventory counts, expiration date tracking;
- Logistics
management – routing of inbound and outbound carriers, oversee
shipping department and shipper relationships (UPS, FedEx, etc);
- Facilities
planning - day to day warehouse responsibilities such finance management
and budgeting, day to day warehouse expense management and rationalization.
The
job requires excellent computer and communication skills and reports directly
to the CEO. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Full-time Developer:
Full-time developer to join our Information Technology
team.
Job Requirements:
Strong ASP and .NET skills with Visual Basic; Strong SQL query skills;
experience developing SQL Server DTS packages desirable; experience integrating
with EDI systems and working with XML highly desirable; experience with
Microsoft Reporting Services or Crystal Reports a plus; ease of access
to the facility in North Brunswick NJ and flexibility in work hours. Our
systems infrastructure includes proprietary warehouse management software
(WMS), web-based inventory and order management systems written in both
ASP and Cold Fusion , and EDI integration.

qualification of leads, collection and assessment of data for preparation

Candidate would work with desktop computer applications extensively: Word,
Excel, Outlook, Access, client service applications, sales applications

requirements include receiving visitors to the facility offices, answering
senior executive telephone calls, filing and organizing, as well as direct

desktop computer applications extensively: Word, Excel, Outlook, client
service applications, inventory control and order fulfillment computer
systems, error processing, and daily reporting.

Job requirements include warehouse security, staff screening, opening
of premises, monitoring of fire and security systems, patrolling. Additional
responsibilities include security assessments, investigations, special
assignments. Full-time availability required.
Good judgment,
communication skills and discretion required. Computer and warehouse experience
a plus. Compensation at or above market rates, and commensurate with experience.
